Are the Maxi-CDs professional produced CDs or only self burnt CD-Rs?
All releases of White Rose Records are real and professional produced Maxi-CDs. They are not self burnt or home made copied CD-Rs!

How can I pay for your products?
You can pay directly with your credit card or with an existent PayPal account.
Why do i get redirected to PayPal after I confirmed my order?
If you want to pay with your credit card, you also get redirected to the PayPal Website. This is simply because our shop uses the credit card payment system of PayPal. But you don't have to register at PayPal if you dont want to, you can also pay with your credit card only.
Is it possible to pay without a PayPal Account?
Yes. You only need a credit card. After you confirmed your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Then just simply enter your credit card information and pay without a PayPaul account at all.
Why do I get an order confirmation, without succesful payment?
Our shop system sends order confirmations before we can check that the paypment was succesful.
Is it possible to pay with cash by mail?
Please contact us.
Is it possible to pay with a bank transfer?
Yes, this is possible. If you would like to pay with a bank transfer then use our shop, order your desired products and confirm your order. When you get to the PayPal website abort the transaction. Now send us an email or use our contact form to let us know, that you want to pay with a bank transfer. We send you then our bank details for your payment.
Can I chose the payment method?
No, since we just have two in one combined payment method (credit card or PayPal account) you cant chose another payment method at all.
Is it possible to pay by cash on delivery?
No.
I'm a dealer (merchant), can I order greater amounts of Waterflame products with other conditions?
Yes, this is possible. Please create a new account in the White Rose Records online shop. You can do this by clicking this link: » New Account. After you've created your account, contact us through our contact form: » Contact Form. Don't forget to mention your username in the message. We will then verify your data and if you fulfil our dealer requirements we will upgrade your shop account to the dealer (merchant) profile. |
